About the event

More and more students are entering our classrooms. In fact, 66% of all students experience at least one traumatic event before age 16! Yet, our government and community expect more and more from our teachers. Studies show that teachers spend only 40% of their time on instruction! This then leads to frustration and burnout. How can we effectively support our children while also providing high quality instruction? Through this workshop, we will clearly understand why our children are coming to us dis-regulated, and what structures we can put in place in all settings (online, blended, in-person) that support children and families, while bringing teachers back to instruction.
